Getting Started

What is handled.sh?

handled.sh is your personal productivity assistant, available on WhatsApp and Telegram. It can manage your calendar, send emails, track prices, set reminders, track prices, monitor flights, and manage reminders — all through a simple chat message.

How do I sign up?

Visit handled.sh and sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. Your assistant is ready instantly — no installation required.

How do I connect WhatsApp?

After signing in, go to your dashboard and tap "Connect" on the WhatsApp card. You'll receive a verification code — just send it to our WhatsApp number and you're connected automatically.

How do I connect Telegram?

From your dashboard, tap "Connect" on the Telegram card. You'll need to create a bot via @BotFather on Telegram and enter the bot token and your user ID. Step-by-step instructions are shown on the dashboard.

Do I need both WhatsApp and Telegram?

No — you only need one. Connect whichever app you prefer. You can always add the other one later.

Integrations

What integrations are available?

Currently supported: Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, Gmail (send), Outlook (read & send), Todoist, and outbound email via Resend. More integrations are coming soon.

How do I connect my calendar?

Go to your dashboard and tap "Connect" on Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar. You'll be redirected to authorize access. Once connected, your assistant can view, create, and manage events.

How do I connect my email?

From the dashboard, connect Gmail (for sending emails) or Outlook (for reading and sending). You'll be redirected to Google or Microsoft to authorize access.

How do I connect Todoist?

Tap "Connect" on the Todoist card in your dashboard. You'll be redirected to Todoist to authorize access. Once connected, your assistant can create, complete, and manage your tasks.

Can I disconnect an integration?

Yes. Go to your dashboard, and tap "Disconnect" on any connected integration. You can reconnect at any time.

What can my assistant do?

Your assistant can manage your calendar, create and complete tasks, send emails, set reminders, track prices, look up flights, send files, and monitor websites for changes.

How do reminders work?

Just tell your assistant something like "Remind me to call Mom at 5pm" or "Every Monday morning, send me a summary of my week." It handles one-time and recurring reminders automatically.

Can it send emails?

Yes — if you've connected Gmail, Outlook, or enabled outbound email on the dashboard, your assistant can draft and send emails on your behalf.

Can it look up information for me?

Yes. Your assistant can check prices, track deliveries, monitor websites for changes, look up flights, and summarize emails for you.

Can it send me files?

Yes. Your assistant can create and send files — images, documents, spreadsheets, and more — directly in your chat.

Privacy & Security

Is my data private?

Yes. Every user gets their own completely isolated environment. Your data, conversations, and credentials are never shared with other users.

What does "isolated container" mean?

Your assistant runs in its own separate workspace — like having your own private computer. No other user can access your files, messages, or integrations.

Is handled.sh GDPR compliant?

Yes. We follow strict European data protection standards. Your data stays yours — we don't sell it, and we never train models on your conversations.

How are my credentials stored?

All integration credentials (calendar tokens, email tokens, etc.) are encrypted and stored per-account with minimum permissions. We only request the access needed for each integration to work.

How much does it cost?

The free plan is free forever — unlimited tasks and all integrations included. Pro is $1 for your first month, then $10/month or $79/year. All features, no surprises.

How do I cancel?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Tap "Manage" on your subscription banner, and you'll be taken to the billing portal.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free gives you unlimited tasks and all integrations. Pro gives you unlimited messages at full power. Your data and integrations carry over when you upgrade.

Troubleshooting

My bot is not responding

Try restarting your assistant from the dashboard using the "Restart" button. If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect your messaging app.

My integration stopped working

Integration tokens can expire. Go to your dashboard, disconnect the integration, and reconnect it. This refreshes the authorization.

Messages are delayed

Short delays (a few seconds) are normal — your assistant is thinking and working on your request. If delays are consistently long, try restarting your assistant from the dashboard.

I'm not receiving reminders

Make sure your messaging app (WhatsApp or Telegram) is connected and showing as "Online" on the dashboard. Also check that your assistant knows your timezone — you can tell it or send a location pin.

Getting Started

  1. Sign in — Visit handled.sh and sign in with Google or Microsoft.
  2. Connect a messaging app — Choose WhatsApp or Telegram from your dashboard and follow the setup steps.
  3. Send your first message — Open WhatsApp or Telegram and say hi to your assistant. Try something like "What can you do?" to see its capabilities.

Connecting Integrations

  1. Open your dashboard — Go to handled.sh.
  2. Find the integration — Scroll to the Apps & Integrations section.
  3. Tap Connect — You'll be redirected to the service (Google, Microsoft, Todoist) to authorize access.
  4. Start using it — Once connected, just ask your assistant. For example: "What's on my calendar today?" or "Add milk to my shopping list."

Reminders & Scheduling

  1. Set a reminder — Tell your assistant: "Remind me to call the dentist tomorrow at 10am."
  2. Set a recurring reminder — Say: "Every weekday at 9am, tell me my schedule for the day."
  3. Check your reminders — Ask: "What reminders do I have?" to see what's scheduled.
  4. Cancel a reminder — Say: "Cancel the dentist reminder" and your assistant will remove it.

Your assistant needs to know your timezone to schedule correctly. Tell it your city or send a location pin in the chat.
