handled.sh is your personal productivity assistant, available on WhatsApp and Telegram. It can manage your calendar, send emails, track prices, set reminders, track prices, monitor flights, and manage reminders — all through a simple chat message.
Visit handled.sh and sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. Your assistant is ready instantly — no installation required.
After signing in, go to your dashboard and tap "Connect" on the WhatsApp card. You'll receive a verification code — just send it to our WhatsApp number and you're connected automatically.
From your dashboard, tap "Connect" on the Telegram card. You'll need to create a bot via @BotFather on Telegram and enter the bot token and your user ID. Step-by-step instructions are shown on the dashboard.
No — you only need one. Connect whichever app you prefer. You can always add the other one later.

Try restarting your assistant from the dashboard using the "Restart" button. If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect your messaging app.
Integration tokens can expire. Go to your dashboard, disconnect the integration, and reconnect it. This refreshes the authorization.
Short delays (a few seconds) are normal — your assistant is thinking and working on your request. If delays are consistently long, try restarting your assistant from the dashboard.
Make sure your messaging app (WhatsApp or Telegram) is connected and showing as "Online" on the dashboard. Also check that your assistant knows your timezone — you can tell it or send a location pin.
Your assistant needs to know your timezone to schedule correctly. Tell it your city or send a location pin in the chat.
