These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of handled.sh ("Service"), operated by EXCOM AI L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

handled.sh provides a personal productivity assistant accessible through messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams) and connected applications (Google Calendar, Todoist, and others). The assistant can help with tasks such as scheduling, task management, email, reminders, price monitoring, and daily briefings.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Generate content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, or harassing.
• Circumvent any rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Use the Service for any purpose that could harm minors.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. Fair Usage

handled.sh offers unlimited productivity tasks as part of all paid plans. This section ensures every user gets a great experience and that shared resources aren't degraded by excessive or abusive usage.

What "unlimited" means: Normal, personal use of the assistant has no caps. Use it as much as you need for scheduling, email, tasks, and reminders. The vast majority of users will never come close to any limit.

What's not okay: You agree not to send automated or scripted messages (bots talking to the bot), perform bulk operations designed to stress infrastructure, use the service on behalf of multiple people through a single account, resell or redistribute access, or abuse connected integrations (mass email sending, calendar spam, etc.).

Resource limits: Each user runs in their own container with dedicated CPU, memory, and process limits. Individual requests may time out after extended processing. These technical limits exist to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Scheduled jobs: Price monitors, flight trackers, and other scheduled tasks run at reasonable intervals set by the system. These are included in normal usage.

If you exceed fair use: We'll reach out to you first. We don't suspend accounts without warning. If usage is genuinely excessive, we'll work with you to find a solution. Repeated abuse after contact may result in throttling or suspension.

6. AI-Generated Content

• The Service uses third-party AI models to generate responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information or actions the assistant provides or takes on your behalf.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
• The assistant may decline requests that violate its usage policies.

7. Third-Party Integrations

• The Service connects to third-party platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Google, Todoist, etc.) on your behalf.
• Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
• You may disconnect any third-party service at any time from your dashboard.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Service Availability

• We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
• We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Fees and Payment

• The Service may offer free and paid tiers. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.
• If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

11. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by handled.sh and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of the content you create and share through the Service.
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
