Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
How to delete your data
- Sign in to your dashboard at https://handled.sh/dashboard
- Click Delete account at the bottom of the page
- Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user profile (name, email, profile picture)
- Your assistant container and all its data (conversation history, memory, workspace files, scheduled jobs)
- All connected integration tokens (Google, Microsoft, Todoist)
- Your WhatsApp phone number and configuration
- Your Telegram bot token and configuration
- Your Stripe subscription (cancelled immediately)
Deletion completes within minutes and cannot be undone.
Disconnect individual services
You can also disconnect individual integrations without deleting your account:
- Sign in to your dashboard
- Click Disconnect next to the integration you want to remove
Disconnecting an integration immediately deletes its stored tokens.
