Handled is a productivity assistant that lives in the chat you already use. It takes the errands of the week off your plate, asks before it acts, and keeps your data in a space that is yours alone.
What we build.
Most assistants answer questions. Handled does the job: it sets the reminder, moves the meeting, sends the email from your address, reads the photo of the bill into a dated reminder, turns a voice note into tasks, and makes a shared list or a page from one message. You do not open an app. You write to a contact in WhatsApp, Telegram or Microsoft Teams, in your own language, and things get done. It messages you first when something needs you: a reminder, the morning briefing, a price that dropped.

Anything that changes something in the world, an email, a booking, a message to someone else, is shown to you and sent after you say yes.
No training on your conversations.
Not by us, not by the model providers we use. Encrypted at rest and in transit. The security page has the detail.

Handled is made by EXCOM AI L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, founded by Peter Larnholt. We are a small team that uses the product every day for our own families and work, and most of what is on this site started as something one of us needed.
