When we built Handled, we made one decision early on that shaped everything else: security comes first. Not as a slogan. Not as a feature we would add later. As the actual starting point.
Here is what that means in practice, in plain terms.
Your space is yours. Nobody else gets in.
Most apps that connect to your calendar and email put everyone’s data in the same place. Your information sits alongside thousands of other users. That is fine until something goes wrong.
We took a different approach. Every Handled user gets their own completely separate space. Your data never touches anyone else’s. There is no shared pot. Your messages, your calendar, your emails — completely isolated, just for you.
Your messages are private. End to end.
When you send a message to Handled on WhatsApp, it travels through WhatsApp’s own end-to-end encryption. On our end, everything is stored encrypted. Nobody at Handled can read your conversations. Not now, not ever.
We never use your data to train anything.
This is a hard line for us. A lot of AI services use what you write to improve their models. We do not. Your messages are private. They stay private. They are never fed into any training system.
You are in control.
You can disconnect any app, delete all your data, or close your account at any time. From the dashboard, instantly. No forms, no waiting, no phone calls.
No tracking. No profiling. No ads.
We do not track your behaviour, build a profile on you, or sell anything to advertisers. The only data we have is what you explicitly share with us to get your work done.
That is the whole picture. Simple, private, yours.
If you want to read the full technical details, they are all on our security page. No marketing language — just specifics.
